Work for Slum Dwellers
Slum Dwellers are one of the most neglected groups in India. They don’t have any identity of their own and live in a very pathetic and un-hygienic condition. There are many slums around and inside major cities and towns where lakhs of people live and die. They are exploited, un-cared and un-protected by by many sections of the society. Very few are working for the welfare of these people!
Divine Care offers help and assistance to these people through free education to their children, adult literacy programs, medical camps, awareness programs, de-addiction centres etc. We plan to expand our sphere of activities to all major cities and towns in North India in-order to eradicate poverty and illiteracy from among these neglected groups of people.
Divine Care is committed to improving the lives of slum dwellers through comprehensive initiatives aimed at addressing their unique challenges. Key focus areas include:
- Education Access: Providing free education and learning materials for children and adults to combat illiteracy.
- Health Camps: Organizing regular medical check-ups, vaccination drives, and hygiene awareness programs.
- Livelihood Opportunities: Conducting skill training programs to help individuals secure sustainable jobs or start small businesses.
- Housing and Sanitation: Advocating for better living conditions, clean water access, and proper sanitation facilities.
- Women and Child Welfare: Supporting women with vocational training and addressing the nutritional and healthcare needs of children.
Through these efforts, we strive to uplift slum communities, offering them hope and a pathway to a better quality of life.

We run livelihood programs to foster economic stability, support women’s empowerment initiatives, and provide resources for skill-building. In addition, we respond to crises by offering disaster relief and rehabilitation services.
